Authorities in France banned all sporting event until September, forcing the football season to an early conclusion.

However, it wasn’t known whether season would be voided similar to conclusion in Holland, which have seen no champions, promotions or relegation.

But L'Equipe report that PSG have been awarded the title for the 2019/20 campaign, despite having 11 games remaining.

The reigning champions have won the title six times in last seven season, and were leading the table with 12 points clear of second place Marseille this season, also with a game in hand.
