Ariana Grande debuted her Halloween costume one day before the actual holiday. She took to Instagram to reveal this year's pig face look, inspired by 1960’s ‘The Twilight Zone’.

One of the episodes of 1960’s TV series titled ‘Eye of the Beholder’ featured a woman who goes through a number of surgeries to look normal. At the end of the surgery, the woman comes out looking conventionally beautiful, but for the rest of the people, who have pig-like features, she is unattractive.

Shunned by her kind, she is then exiled from her village to live with others who look like her. Ariana opted for a less than flattering costume of ‘pig face’ which has also scared many.
