West Indian cricket icon Michael Holding has arrived in Karachi on invitation of 59th Inspector General (IG) of Sindh Police Syed Kaleem Imam.

The legendary pacer will attend an event, arranged in his honour, at the IG House Sabzazar, on September 30. He is accompanied by Caribbean cricket commentator Barry Wilkinson.

The former world cup winner is also expected to attend the third One-day International (ODI) between Pakistan and Sri Lanka at National Stadium in Karachi on October 2.

The pacer was spotted with fans in a local shopping mall of the city.
