Mahira Khan to represent Pakistan at ‘Paris Fashion Week’

• Mahira Khan arrived in Paris yesterday for Paris Fashion Week.
• With this it is another first for the star and for Pakistan.
• Paris Fashion Week will continue from September 23 to October 1.

After being the first to represent Pakistan at the Cannes Film Festival last year, Mahira Khan will now be attending Paris Fashion Week on Thursday. The event has already begun from September 23 and will continue till October 1, 2019.

The actress has landed in Paris on Wednesday as L’Oreal Paris Pakistan’s brand ambassador. She made an announcement through her Instagram.

Talking about gracing one of the biggest fashion event, Mahira told Something Haute, “It feels good; it’s going to be a different experience than Cannes,” she said. “I hope it’s as amazing but I’m looking forward to meeting all the other girls.”

By ‘girls’ she meant the other L’Oreal global ambassadors from across the world. “The last time I met Jane Fonda and Helen Mirren, so I’m sort of looking forward to it,” she added.

On her trip, Mahira will be participating in the 'Unlock Paris Tour' where she’ll be touring Paris, as well as a Karl Lagerfeld workshop, which will also showcase Lagerfeld’s collaboration with L’Oréal Paris on their make-up collection.
