MOSCOW: Clean oil had reached the Russian border station of Unecha near the Belarusian border by midday on Monday, a spokesman for Russian Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Kozak said on Monday.

Shortly after midday, Belarusian state oil company said that there was no clean oil from Russia in Belarus.

Moscow and Minsk are currently in the same time zone.
