Naya Nazimabad Festival Football Tournament has become the talk of the town being the first floodlight football event at Naya Nazimabad. The tournament is carried on in full swing on third day with third match between National Bank of Pakistan and Football Club Karachi. The match was won by National Bank by 3-2 after a nail-biting competition till the last minute of the match.
From National Bank total 3 goals were scored by Javed Hamza, Waseem and Maqbool whereas Yasir Khalil and Noman scored for Football Club Karachi. The event was hosted by Chairman Javedan Corporation Limited, Arif Habib along witht the President Naya Nazimabad Gymkhana, Syed Muhammad Talha who is also tournament director. The chief guest of the day was honorable member National Assembly Aftab Jahangir who appreciated the initiative to provide state of the art sporting facilities and the opportunities to make our youth excel in their sport of interest.-PR
