Patron-in-Chief of Hyderabad SITE Association of Trade and Industry Mazhar-ul-Haq Choudhry has welcomed the working policy of Chairman Federal Board of Revenue Syed Shabbar Zaidi, adding that it would help to restore the confidence of the business community in FBR.
In a statement issued here on Tuesday, He said that Syed Shabbar Zaidi, who served as member National Tax Advisory Committee and National Economic Council and author of many books has possessed great knowledge about flaws in economy and tax policies of the country therefore he can take decisions in right direction for bringing improvement in the economy of the country.
He said that restriction of FBR officers and officials of harassing the taxpayers and freezing bank account of any citizen without permission are the good decisions. Syed Shabbar Zaidi has started his work policy with good decisions and it is hoped that his policies will not only improve the economy of the country into the right direction but also motivate the people to come into the tax net, Mazhar-ul-Haq Choudhry maintained.
