Meera reveals she would’ve been an English teacher if not actress

Pakistani actress Meera has revealed that if she wasn’t an actress, she would have been a very good English teacher. The 41-year-old shared this during her visit to an academic institution.

Responding to a question during a media talk, she revealed that she has a special liking with English language and would’ve opted to teach the subject if she was not an actress. “I love Persian as well,” she also said. Meera further said that her mother was associated to the education division, which is why she always had the desire to give her children the best education possible.

On the other hand, Meera also expressed her desire to work with Bollywood King Shah Rukh Khan. She also insisted that there should be an acting academy in Pakistan and government should provide free medical services to artistes and their families.

Meera in currently penning a book, which, she says, will rejuvenate people’s interest in the Pakistani film industry. The actress also urged the audience to watch her upcoming movie ‘Baji’ which is going to be released on Eid-ul-Fitr this year.
