Bollywood actor Kader Khan in critical condition

Veteran Bollywood actor Kader Khan has been shifted to hospital in critical condition as his health condition deteriorated.

According to the media reports, the actor has been suffering from breathing issues causing him breathlessness and owing to the same, the team of doctors who've been in his assistance have shifted him from a regular ventilator to a BiPAP ventilator.

The actor is currently living in Canada with son Sarfaraz due to his ill health. He is said to be suffering from progressive supranuclear palsy. It is a degenerative disease that causes slow deterioration and loss of specific functions of brain. The condition leads to loss of balance, slow movement, difficulty moving the eyes and dementia.

Kader showed symptoms of pneumonia and is unable to talk. His health condition continues to remain critical. His son told an Indian media outlet that the actor went through a knee surgery. Despite successful surgery, he can’t walk.

The actor has worked in many renowned films including ‘Mujhse Shaadi Karogi’, ‘Haseena Maan Jayegi’, ‘Coolie No 1’ and many more.
