LPG Association appreciates Government for effectively tackling black-marketing

ISLAMABAD: All Pakistan Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) Distributors Association appreciated the government for effectively tackling black marketing in peak winter season.

Chairman LPG Distributors Association Irfan Khokhar told APP that downward revision in rates of LPG was possible due to prudent policies of the present government.

He said that consumers would get uninterrupted supply of LPG especially in far flung areas at controlled price.

Irfan Khokhar said that strict action would be taken against those distributors who would be found involved in black-marketing and selling the commodity in violation f the notified rates.

He termed the federal government's decision historical to decrease LPG prices.

Irfan Khohar said that he recently met Federal Minister for Petroleum Ghulam Sarwar Khan and thanked the government for making sincere efforts to get rid of the mafia looting consumers.

He said that LPG would fulfill the natural gas requirement throughout winter season across the country.

Chairman All Pakistan LPG Association Irfan Khokhar said that the government has taken strict action against the illegal profiteering and black marketing of LPG marketing companies.
