KARACHI: As part of K-Electric's US$ 450 million transmission enhancment plan (TP-1000) to add 1000 MVA to its network, development work was carried out on Valika grid and associated transmission lines.
A planned power shutdown was taken to carryout the development work on Valika grid from 7am to 9pm today and customers associated with the grid were informed prior to the shutdown via multiple communication platforms.
