Hyderabad Chamber of Commerce and Industry (HCCI) urged PTCL to replace cables of telephone and internet laid down for providing better service to business community at fruit and vegetable market in Hyderabad. Chairman Sub-committee HCCI, Zaheer Uddin said in the statement released here on Saturday. The PTCL did not replace cable since many years and at last, customers had to shift to mobile network from PTCL network because its service was not working, he said.
Aside from this, its internet service is not working in the better way and is causing various issues for business community, he added. He urged the management of PTCL to replace whole cable laid down for providing phone and internet service to fruit and vegetable markets in Hyderabad.
