FIFA's ethics committee on Friday suspended Juan Angel Napout and Alfredo Hawit for 90 days, after the two vice presidents of world football's governing body were arrested following corruption charges in the US. "The adjudicatory chamber of the independent Ethics Committee...has today banned two FIFA Vice-Presidents - the President of the South American Football Confederation, Juan Angel Napout, and the President of the Confederation of North, Central America and Caribbean Association Football...Alfredo Hawit, from all football-related activities for 90 days," a statement said. It listed the US indictments unsealed Thursday as "the reason for the ban."
