The Met Office on Wednesday forecast a very hot and humid weather for most parts of the country in the next 24 hours. However, it said that rain-thundershower with gusty winds was expected at isolated places in Hazara, Rawalpindi, Islamabad, Lahore and Gujranwala divisions, besides Kashmir.
Partly cloudy to compete cloudy and windy weather has been forecast for Karachi with chances of light rain/drizzle. Temperature is expected to remain between 33 degrees Celsius and 35 degrees Celsius with 65-75 percent humidity. Hot to very hot and humid weather is likely to prevail elsewhere in Sindh.
Nokkundi and Dalbandin were the hottest places in the country with 46 degrees temperature followed by Sibbi 44 degree, Sukkur, Rohri and Chillas 43 degrees each, Dadu, Bhakkar, Noorpurthal, Shaheed Benazirabad and Rahim Yar Khan 42 degrees each, in the last 24 hours.
