Pakistanis react to election results through funny memes

As the nation eagerly waits for the official results to confirm Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf's victory in general elections, social media users have been keeping themselves busy with hilarious memes related to the polls.

Soon after the unofficial results for general elections started pouring in, which shows Imran Khan leading the elections, the Pakistani meme brigade started firing memes about the polls.  Social media trollers are having fun at the expense of some of the losing parties in Elections 2018.

Many were quick to poke fun at Mutthida Quami Movement - Pakistan's shocking defeat, as PTI seems to have grabbed votes from where the party used to have a stronghold. Social media trollers came down hard on MQM-P's Farooq Sattar and PTI's Amir Liaquat competing against eachother.

Meanwhile, PTI supporters can't seem to contain their excitement, just like their leader Imran Khan after winning the elections.

PTI seems to be winning the National Assembly with more than a 113 seats. Meanwhile, Pakistan Muslim League – Nawaz (PML-N) 60 and Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) with more than 40 in the NA seats. Muttahida Qaumi Movement – Pakistan (MQM-P) has bagged at least 5 seats, according to unofficial and unconfirmed results.
