A child was killed while two other were injured due to hand grenade blast here on Friday. Police said that in village Safail Kolachi of district Ghotki, children while playing found a hand grenade. The children thought it to be a toy and started playing and during the process the hand grenade exploded suddenly. As a result of blast a child died on the spot while two others sustained wounds who were rushed to hospital for treatment. The police cordoned off the area after the incident and launched clear up operation.
