CAIRO: Egypt, the world's largest wheat buyer, has strategic reserves to cover 3.2 months of wheat consumption, a statement from the country's supply ministry said on Thursday.
Egypt also has enough sugar reserves to meet its needs for 4.4 months and vegetable oil reserves for 4.7 months, the statement said.
