Khaadi Pakistan Ltd., a fashion retailer, is planning to launch an initial public offering (IPO) next month to raise funds for expanding its retail outlet network, Bloomberg reported on Thursday.

As per the report, the company plans to raise between Rs6.2 billion and Rs8.3 billion.

Khaadi is a subsidiary of Weaves Corp., which counts International Finance Corporation, a member of the World Bank Group, as a minority shareholder.

Khaadi’s key market is Pakistan and it also operates in the UAE, the UK and the US.

Arif Habib Ltd. is the financial advisor for the transaction, the report said.

In May 2024, Khaadi was named ‘Retail Brand of the Year’ at Hum Style Awards.

Pakistan’s capital market is showing strong momentum, with recent listings on the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) delivering robust gains and reinforcing investor confidence.

“With 13 new listings and an average return of 47%, Pakistan’s capital market is showcasing powerful growth and investor confidence,” said the PSX in a statement released in June 2026.
