China coal-mine explosion: Zardari expresses grief

ISLAMABAD: President Asif Ali Zardari on Saturday expressed profound grief and sorrow over the tragic explosion at a coal mine in Shanxi province of China, which resulted in the loss of many precious lives and injuries to several others. Zardari conveyed his heartfelt condolences and sympathies to President of the People’s Republic of China, Xi Jinping, the bereaved families and the people of China.

He said that the people of Pakistan stand in solidarity with their Chinese brothers and sisters during this difficult time.
