Worldcall takes strategic decision to set up subsidiary in UAE

Worldcall Telecom Limited announced on Thursday that its board approved the establishment of a 100% owned subsidiary in the UAE to handle international operations.

The company shared the development in a notice to the Pakistan Stock Exchange today.

It also shared that the board meeting had decided to change the company’s name to WorldCall Technologies Limited, subject to the formal approval of the Registrar, SECP and relevant approvals.

Worldcall Telecom Limited (WTL) is a public limited company incorporated in Pakistan in 2001.

The company provides Wireless Local Loop (WLL) and Long Distance and International (LDI) services in Pakistan.
