LAHORE: Governor Punjab Sardar Saleem Haider Khan met with Governor Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Faisal Karim Kundi, here at Governor House and the meeting focussed on the Issues of mutual interest and coordination between the two provinces.
Speaking on the occasion, the governor Punjab said that all political parties, including the opposition, should be on the same page to deal with the current situation. He said that inter provincial coordination can be improved through the exchange of cultural and educational delegations. “Pakistan is playing the role of mediator at the global level in ending the war tension between Iran, Israel and the United States,” the governor said, adding, “War is not the solution to any problem, the parties should come to negotiations to reduce tension.”
Meanwhile, PPP Lahore President Faisal Mir, party workers and office bearers called on Punjab Governor Sardar Saleem Haider Khan at the Governor House, Lahore. During the meeting, detailed discussions were held on the organization of the PPP and other issues.
