ISLAMABAD: President Asif Ali Zardari has approved the conferment of civil awards on 15 members of the National Task Force on power sector reforms, following a recommendation from the Prime Minister.
According to President’s media office, as many as 10 members of the task force will be awarded the Sitara-e-Imtiaz, while 5 members will receive the Tamgha-e-Imtiaz in recognition of their services.
The awards are being granted in acknowledgment of the task force’s contributions to reforming and improving the country’s power sector.
