WASHINGTON: The United States has sent Iran a 15-point plan aimed at ending the war in the Middle East, a source familiar with the matter told Reuters on Tuesday.
Kremlin says it has received no information from Iran on reported U.S. 15-point plan
News of the US plan was reported earlier by the New York Times, which, citing two officials, said the plan was delivered by way of Pakistan.
