ISLAMABAD: Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar will visit the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia from 26–28 February to participate in the Open-Ended Extraordinary Ministerial Session of the OIC Executive Committee.
The Ministerial Session, scheduled for the night of 26 February 2026, will be held in Jeddah, said a statement issued by the Foreign Office on Wednesday.
The meeting has been convened to consider the illegal decisions of the Israeli occupation authorities aimed at expanding settlements, pursuing annexation, and attempting to impose Israeli sovereignty over the Occupied West Bank.
In the Ministerial Session, the Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister will share Pakistan’s perspective on the latest illegal measures by Israel to convert areas of the Occupied West Bank into so-called “state land.”
In addition, the Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister will also hold bilateral meetings with his counterparts from OIC Member States on the sidelines of the Ministerial Meeting. During his stay, he will also undertake brief visits to the Holy Cities.
