Azma congratulates newly elected office-bearers of LHC Courts Reporters Association

LAHORE: Minister for Information and Culture Punjab Azma Bokhari has extended heartfelt congratulations to the newly elected office-bearers of the Lahore High Court (LHC) Courts Reporters Association on their success.

Azma Bokhari conveyed her best wishes to Association President Muhammad Ashfaq, General Secretary Muhammad Haroon, Senior Vice President Imran Ehsan, Vice President Zain-ul-Abideen, and all other newly elected officials.

The Minister said that courts reporters play a crucial role in timely and responsible dissemination of judicial proceedings to the public, effectively serving as a bridge between the judiciary and citizens.

She noted that courts reporters continue to perform their professional duties with dedication despite harsh weather conditions, including extreme heat, cold, sunshine, and rain, which is highly commendable.

Azma Bokhari expressed confidence that the newly elected office-bearers will fulfill their responsibilities with honesty, professionalism, and adherence to journalistic values, and will further improve the standards of judicial reporting.
