PESHAWAR: WEXNET Peshawar was formally inaugurated in a prestigious ceremony, marking a significant milestone in promoting women-led entrepreneurship and export-oriented businesses in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and across Pakistan.
The event was inaugurated by Provincial Finance Minister, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Muzammil Aslam, who underscored the provincial government’s commitment to empowering women entrepreneurs and supporting inclusive economic growth.
The inauguration ceremony was attended by a distinguished gathering of women entrepreneurs, senior government officials, diplomats, representatives of business chambers, development partners, and other key stakeholders. The strong participation reflected the growing national and international interest in women-led enterprises and their vital role in strengthening Pakistan’s economy.
Speaking at the inauguration, Finance Minister Muzammil Aslam lauded the initiative for providing a dedicated platform to women entrepreneurs to connect with buyers, explore new markets, and scale up their businesses.
