PESHAWAR: A tragic traffic accident in Jamrud claimed the lives of four people, including a groom.
In the Jamrud area of Khyber district, a collision between a car and a truck resulted in the deaths of four people, including the groom, while one person was injured.
The groom was returning from a salon along with his friends when the accident occurred.
According to rescue officials, the deceased were identified as Mansoor son of Abdul Qadir, Nauman son of Mujeeb, Suhail, and Zarrab son of Khushdil.
The bodies were shifted to a nearby hospital.
Police cordoned off the accident site, collected evidence, and have launched further investigations to determine the cause of the accident.
