KARACHI: Mayor Karachi Barrister Murtaza Wahab inaugurated new office of the City Institute of Image Management, on Friday.
The Mayor said the CIIm has become an important centre for professional training of staff.
CIIM provided modern skills to KMC staff for the improvement of civic services.
He said the new office of City Image Management is an acknowledgement of the increasing responsibilities of the institution. Trained staff is the basis for providing better facilities to citizens.
The aim of CIIM is to improve service delivery and attitude among KMC staff. The courses of the City Institute have aligned the staff with modern civic management requirements.
The Mayor said that the CIIM is also offering skill development programs for the youth which is commendable. Workshops, seminars and training activities have increased institutional efficiency.
CIIM services are helpful in making KMC a strong and responsible institution.
He said that the new office is a big step towards enhancing the capacity of the institution and providing better training.
