KYIV: A Russian strike killed four people and injured at least 17 in the town of Izium in Ukraine’s eastern Kharkiv region, the regional governor said on Tuesday.

Russia and Ukraine trade blame for attack on Kursk school

Governor Oleh Syniehubov said the Russian forces had probably used a ballistic missile to carry out the attack, based on preliminary information.
