LAHORE: The Federation of Pakistan Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FPCCI) & the SCWEC, jointly organizing a three-day event comprising a trade fair named “SAARC Bazaar” from March 7th to 9th, 2024 at Expo Centre Lahore.
The SAARC Bazar aims to empower South Asian entrepreneurs and SMEs, particularly the women entrepreneurs in the cottage industry of Pakistan. This three-day exhibition will serve as a platform for women, artisans and craftsmen engaged in cottage industries in South Asian countries to showcase their products.
The Women’s Business Conference, themed ‘Invest in South Asian Women: A Path towards Regional Progress’ will be held on March 7, 2024, on the eve of International Women’s Day in Lahore, Pakistan at Pearl Continental Hotel.
The conference will feature insightful discussions, keynote addresses, and networking opportunities aimed at fostering partnerships and driving sustainable growth across the region.
The SCWEC Handover Takeover Ceremony will also take place after the conference. Hina Mansab Khan will assume the Chair of the SAARC Chamber of Women Entrepreneurs Council (SCWEC). The event will highlight SCWEC’s (women’s wing of the private sector of South Asia) ongoing commitment to advancing women’s entrepreneurship in the region.
