WTL achieves major milestone in NASDAQ listing

KARACHI: The WorldCall Telecom Limited has been informed by WorldCall Services (Private) Limited (WSL) that it has achieved a major milestone in NASDAQ listing through a US Entity.

“In continuation of earlier announcements, we have been informed by Worldcall Services (Pvt) Limited (WSL) that it has achieved a major milestone in NASDAQ listing through a US Entity,” material information sent by WorldCall Telecom Limited to Pakistan Stock Exchange on Thursday said.

Regulator has completed review of Registration Statement and Financial Statements filed by the company with no further requirements and Company has received formal intimation to this effect,” it added.
