KARACHI: On Wednesday, at PMEX the traded value of Metals, Energy, COTS/FX and indices was recorded at PKR 17.870 billion and the number of lots traded at 15,335. Major business was contributed by Gold amounting to PKR 6.072 billion, followed by NSDQ 100 (PKR 3.978 billion), Crude Oil (PKR 2.182 billion), Currencies through COTS (PKR 1.894 billion), DJ (PKR 1.148 billion), Silver (PKR 1.056 billion), SP 500 (PKR 609.805 million), Natural Gas (PKR 498.281 million), Japan Equity (PKR 194.429 million), Platinum (PKR 190,849 million), Copper (PKR 35.989 million) and Brent (PKR 7.444 million).
