KARACHI: Arif Habib Limited, on behalf of the acquirer, has submitted a public announcement of intention to acquire up to 95.51 percent shares of Karam Ceramics Limited by Swat Ceramics Company (Private) Limited and/or its associated companies.
Arif Habib Limited has been appointed as the manager to offer by Swat Ceramics Company (Private) Limited, in accordance with the provision of the Securities Act 2015 and the Listed Companies (Substantial Acquisition of Voting Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2017, material information sent to Pakistan Stock Exchange on Friday said.
