KARACHI: On Thursday, at PMEX the traded value of Metals, Energy, COTS/FX and indices was recorded at PKR 15.648billion and the number of lots traded at 15,097. Major business was contributed by Gold amounting to (PKR 4.854billion), followed by NSDQ 100(PKR 2,877 billion), Crude Oil (PKR 1.843billion), Currencies through COTS (PKR 1.626 billion), DJ (PKR 1.335 billion),Copper (PKR 1.175billion), Natural Gas (PKR 649.534 million),SP 500 (PKR 553.588 million), Silver (PKR 429.823million), Platinum (PKR267.635 million)and Japan Equity (PKR35.245 million). In Agricultural 27 lots of Cotton amounting to PKR 23.906millionwere traded.
