PESHAWAR: Additional Chief Secretary (ACS) Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa & Chairman, the Bank of Khyber (BoK) Board of Directors Shakeel Qadir Khan has inaugurated the BoK Corporate and Commercial Raast Islamic Banking Branch at Industrial Estate Hayatabad, Peshawar.
The inauguration ceremony was also attended by Senator Mohsin Aziz along with other leading industrialists from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
The Raast Islamic Banking Corporate & Commercial Banking branch will provide financing facilities to all growing businesses of the area under the umbrella of KPEZDMC and in compliance with the vision of Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Mahmood Khan.
While speaking on the occasion, the Additional Chief Secretary government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa appreciated the efforts of the Bank of Khyber in providing support to businesses throughout the province and playing its role in socio economic development of the province.
The Managing Director of Bank of Khyber congratulated Islamic Banking Group lead by Muhammad Atif Hanif.
“We are happy that the bank is making all out efforts in providing Islamic banking facilities to the business community with its ever growing branch network across the province and specially thanked Additional Chief Secretary Govt of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for his efforts for the promotion of Islamic Banking.”
