LAHORE: The anti-power theft squad of Lahore Electric Supply Company (LESCO) has found 61 electricity connections with various irregularities, leading to registration of 17 First Information Reports (FIRs) and issuance of 60,000 detection bills to consumers on Tuesday.
Chief Executive Officer (CEO) LESCO Mujahid Pervaiz Chatta told this scribe that the anti-power theft squad had carried out operation in the Eastern circle of the company on his directions. He further added that as many as 1612 electricity connections were examined by the squad.
