KARACHI: On Tuesday, at PMEX the traded value of metals, energy, COTS/FX and indices was recorded at PKR 9.584 billion and the number of lots traded 11,740.
Major business was contributed by gold amounting to PKR 3.662 billion, followed by currencies through COTS PKR 1.924 billion, DJ PKR 1.599 billion, NSDQ 100 PKR 1.041 billion, platinum PKR 393.085 million, silver PKR 384.916 million, crude oil PKR 308.301 million, natural gas PKR 213.374 million, SP500 PKR 40.966 million and copper PKR 15.042 million.
In agriculture commodities, 4 lots of cotton amounting to PKR 11.916 million and one lot of wheat amounting to PKR 4.849 million were traded.
