Sindh University on Thursday finalised arrangements for holding All Parties Conference (APC) scheduled for April 17. The meeting was presided over by Vice Chancellor Professor Dr Nazir A. Mughal, which was attended by members of organising committee, Pro Vice Chancellors, Deans of various Faculties, and convenors and members of the various arrangements committees constituted by the VC.
SU Registrar on the occasion briefed the meeting about efforts made and also arrangements for the conference and input by the leaders of various political parties, scholars, intellectuals and journalists. The meeting also discussed the agenda of the conference.
The meeting also discussed to hold various sessions during the conference and other aspects to fulfil the objectives for development of education and peace at the campus. It is pertinent to mentioned here that the VC has called all parties conference and invited leaders of those political parties whose students wings exist at the campus to develop a code of conduct for bringing peace in collaboration with provincial leadership of the political parties.
