Trials to select Punjab U-13 Football team for coming 13th National U-13 Festival of Football will be held here at Model Town Football Academy (MTFA) Ground on Monday (tomorrow). Punjab Football Association (PFA)'s President Muhammad Arshad Khan Lodhi has named former Pakistan team manager Mian Rizwan Ali as Camp Commandant. Imdad Awan will be head of Selection Committee. Players, born on or after 1 January 1998, are eligible for the trials as well as competition.
Pakistan Football Federation (PFF) is holding 13th National U-13 Festival of Football in third week of February. Sahiwal will act as titlist who clinched 12th National U-14 Festival of Football. All the 36 districts of Punjab have been asked to send their school-level boys for appearing in the trials.
