MOSCOW: Russia's oil export duty is expected to rise to $105 per tonne in December from $96.1 per tonne in November, data from the finance ministry showed on Monday.
The rate is calculated by the finance ministry and is based on the monitoring of seaborne Urals crude oil prices from Oct 15 to Nov 14.
