Grams 50x50 rise sharply in thin trading on grain market

A few changes were seen on the wholesale grain and seeds markets on Saturday as most of the players did not take interest in new purchasing, dealers said. On the grams side gram 50x50 low type was higher by Rs 250 to Rs 4250 and better type rose by Rs 150 to Rs 4450 and gram dal was up by Rs 100 to Rs 5200-5400, they added.
On the rice sector Irri 6 Sindh quoted lower at Rs 2425, other items maintained overnight levels, they said. Seed and cereals sides did not move any said due to balanced demand and supply position, they said.
