MOSCOW: Russia plans to ship 4.5 million tonnes of oil to Belarus in the third quarter, Russian Energy Minister Alexander Novak said on Wednesday.
Last year Russia cut oil supplies to Belarus amid a dispute over the price that Minsk pays for imports of Russian gas. In April the presidents of Russia and Belarus said they had resolved all disputes over energy.
