BEIJING: China's Ministry of Finance said on Wednesday it would reopen an issue of one-year bonds from May 4, auctioning an additional 40 billion yuan ($5.86 billion) on June 7.

The bonds will be issued from June 7 to June 8, and begin secondary market trading on June 12, the ministry said in a statement.
