MOSCOW: Russia's oil exports could fall by 4 million tonnes in 2017, in line with an expected production decline as part of a global agreement on reducing output, RIA news agency quoted Energy Minister Alexander Novak as saying on Friday.
Novak said the estimate was preliminary.
