Katrina Kaif opens up about her Hollywood plans

‘Bajirao Mastani’ co-stars Deepika Padukone and Priyanka Chopra made a big splash in Hollywood with xXx: Return of Xander Cage and Baywatch respectively. Now there are reports doing round that Katrina Kaif is eyeing on Hollywood, but only if she gets a good offer.

Kaif in an interview with a leading daily has said that it would be a great experience for her to do a Hollywood film at some point.

When the ‘Jagga Jasoos’ actress was asked about her interest in doing movies in Hollywood, she told DNA India, “As an actor, I want to be part of good films. This (Bollywood) is my industry; this is my home, a place that has obviously given me my career and so much more. But if someone from there comes to me with a good offer, there is no reason why I would not want to do it. Especially, for me, in a place where the language is my first language and the added bonus of listening to English scripts. For me, it will be a lovely experience to do a Hollywood film at some point.”

Kat also listed more reasons for staying put in Bollywood. She said that it would require more steps like getting an agent, manager, building a fan base, which is a painstaking and time-consuming process. Katrina quipped that although it would be a lovely experience, she didn't have the time for it in the foreseeable future.

Katrina Kaif is busy with her Ali Abbas movie Tiger Zinda Hai opposite none other than Salman Khan. Tiger Zinda Hai will have Salman Khan reprising his role as Tiger and Katrina Kaif will be seen as Zoya. This sequel to Ek Tha Tiger will release in December 2017.
