Shipping activity at Port Qasim

KARACHI: Three ships arrived at Port on Friday on November 4 carrying containers at QICT and palm oil at EVTL.

Berth occupancy was maintained at 43 percent at the Port on Saturday where a total of six ships namely M.V Hurst Point, M.V Dubai Express, M.V Pisti M.T Chem Road Journey, M.T North contender, Stx Viva are currently occupying berths to load/ offload containers, palm oil, phos. acid, canola seed was handled at Port last 24 hours.

Cargo Handling operations were carried out smoothly at the Port where a cargo volume 54770 tannes comprising 35459 tonnes import and export 19311, 2834 (Tues) was handled at the Port during last 24 hours.

M.T Sea Sky sailed on Friday afternoon. M.V Pisti sailed on Friday Evening. M.V Hurst Point sailed on Friday night and M.V Dubai express, M.T North contender sailed on Saturday morning.
