Bulls dominated the proceedings at the Islamabad Stock Exchange (ISE) where equities witnessed broad-based recovery under the lead of trend-setters amid increase in index. ISE-10 Index was plus by 93.62 points as the it moved from 2,975.81 to 3,069.43 points.
The overall turnover amounted to 3,280,100 shares as compared to previous volume of 1,575,300 shares. Total 135 companies participated in buying and selling activity. Majority of stocks (118) lead the scene, 16 landed in minus column, whereas one company remained pegged to its overnight levels. The volume of Bank AlFalah was 800,300 shares. The turnover of DG Khan Cement was 398,300 shares. The volume of National Bank of Pakistan (NBP) was 224,700 shares.
