RECORDER REPORT: PSX mid day update

KARACHI: On Tuesday, until mid day, KSE-100 Index was at 46032.49 with a positive change of 645.26 and volume of 115,415,120 shares.

High and Low were 46126.21 and 45387.23 respectively. Total volume traded in the market was 223,844,400 shares with 362 total traded companies out of which 176 were up, 179 were down and 7 were unchanged.

COMMERCIAL BANKS was the top traded sector with total traded volume of 30,021,200 shares. It was followed by TRANSPORT with a total traded volume of 22,366,000 shares.

The three top traded companies were Aisha Steel Mill with a volume of 23,669,000 and price per share of 16.16 (0.15), Pak Int.Bulk with a volume 19,037,000 of price per share of 34.89 (1.22), Oil & Gas Dev.XD with a volume 11,532,700 of price per share of 163.88 (7.50).

The top three advancers were Unilever Foods with price per share 5800.00 (100.00), Mari Petroleum with price per share of 1307.67 (62.27) and Attock Petroleum share of 704.90 (33.54).

The top three decliners were Wyeth Pak Ltd with price per share of 4851.00 (95.62), Indus DyeingXD with price per share of 766.65 (40.35) and Shield Corp. per share of 522.40 (27.49).
