ISLAMABAD: The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) has given a deadline of July 8, 2026 to all tax officials to submit information about their nationality of any foreign country, holding any foreign country travel document, and marriage with foreign nationals under “Civil Servants (Disclosure and Regulation of Foreign Nationality) Rules, 2026”.
According to a FBR circular, refer to the subject cited above and to circulate the proforma prescribed under Rule 3(3) of the Civil Servants (Disclosure and Regulation of Foreign Nationality) Rules, 2026, notified vide Establishment Division’s S.R.O. NO. 893(I)2026 dated 01.06.2026 for necessary declaration in the format/manner specified by Establishment Division in respect of Civil Servants and their dependents’ status regarding nationality of any foreign country, holding any foreign country travel document, and marriage with foreign nationals.
All officers and officials of IRS & PCS are advised to go through the recently notified
Rules titled “Civil Servants (Disclosure and Regulation of Foreign Nationality) Rules, 2026” minutely for compliance and necessary action.
