Russia's Lavrov, US's Kerry are meeting in New York on Syria

MOSCOW: Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov and US Secretary of State John Kerry are holding a meeting in New York to discuss a ceasefire in Syria and Monday's air strikes on an aid convoy, Russian news agencies reported.
